I purchased a levono laptop from Tec it out in 2021 recently it has been locked by a third party as it was registered to someone else.It cannot be erased and Windows reinstalled.
It appears that Tec it Out were not the registered owner when they sold it to me. Obviously it is a total loss to me.I am obviously disappointed in Tec it out would not take any responsibility or provide a replacement even at a reduced cost.
Frankly no company likes negative reviews However to claim at this stage you have no record of the purchase when in a previous e Mail you replied the warranty had expired therefore you could not replace there has never been a in previous e mails that the laptop was not purchased from Tec in Out.
To use this in your reply appears to try and undermine my integrity and quite frankly does your company a disservice.
I have e mailed Tec it Out with evidence of a laptop purchased and supplied by them using Amazon as a selling agent this laptop was faulty returned and refunded. A replacement was purchased directly from Tec it Out delivered quickly and Tec it Out helped me set it up..Their accounts will show the purchase.
I have asked Tec it Out to delete their inappropriate and incorrect facts.
Yesterday 27/07/2024 are provided Tec it Out with a bank statement clearly showing purchases .
Thank you for continuing to pedal incorrect information to deny not recieving e mails bank statements replies to emails from yourselves all of which I have copies of beggars believe I suggest you stop sending replies if you are unable to tell the truth.

Purchased a refurbished M1 MacBook Air from the seller via Backmarket. The condition was the lowest Backmarket offers, "fair", but the price was an absolute bargain, so I thought I'd go for it and hope the condition was acceptable. I needn't have worried - the condition is almost impeccable, apart from a tiny dent on the side of the device. The battery health is at 99%. Service and packaging were great. All this to say, I'd highly recommend buying a refurbished device from Tec-It-Out!
