I have been using this company for the past 5 years and send alot of parcels overseas. I have found them to be extremely efficient, helpful and the customer service team are friendly and are always willing to help. My parcels are always picked up by extremely friendly dpd couriers and delivered very quickly. I have recommended this company to several people. Their prices are also very good value for shipments. They also give excellent after sales service and am always kept updated as to the whereabouts of my shipments and when they have been delivered. I would highly recommend this company.

"Recipients of parcels beware - ALWAYS sign as contents unseen!!"
I entrusted the stringed musical instrument to Direct Delivery Solutions and paid extra insurance. They used DPD to collect and deliver my parcel which arrived with the packaging intact. Because there was no damage to the packaging the recipient signed for the parcel but on unpacking found that the pegbox had become unattached. This was probably due to the large package being dropped or heavily jolted but because the parcel had been accepted and signed for no insurance compensation can be claimed. As a result I have lost the sale and incurred myself in paying for the delivery and return of a heavy, expensive package. I am the recipient of many parcels but have NEVER been given the choice of signing “unseen”.

Use them couple times anything goes wrong with the delivery there absolutely hope less and the guy who I think is the manager or owner has a serious attitude problem very rude totally unhelpful my advice is to stay well clear deal with tnt or dpd directly much easier 👍🏼

"Courier no-show £10 fee rip off"
Courier failed to attend the right address, DCS didn't want to know and charged me a tenner for a collection fee. Waste of time and money I will never use this company again.

They used TNT and lost 1 of 2 parcels. No communication after & no compensation even though I paid insurance. Rubbish. Do NOT deal with them.

"Worst delivery company"
Terrible company worst I ever experience, booked for collection but failed. As I called them just before 5pm to find out out what happened (after I already called twice during the day and was confirmed the collection would take place), the salesperson hanged up on me. Their motto is "We take it personally"...now I understand what it means...they are rude and will treat their unhappy customers as toilette paper.
Stay away from this company as far as you can, I thought they were reliable and top customer care, I was wrong...terribly wrong!
