"Terrible customer service"
Vending Sense has their best employees in the sales team to lure you in, but once you get a machine it's all downhill from there. I don't feel valued as a consumer, and I get the impression that this company only cares about making money.
From day 1, we have had a leak in our machine that happens during weekly flush cycles. This leak eventually led to secondary issues. This was reported within the warranty period, but they want us to pay almost £700 for 2 site visits, having not even fixed anything, claiming the leak is normal and the secondary issues are down to "user error" i.e "improper cleaning" which is purely an insult.
Their external engineer failed to show up on 2 occasions, wasting my time waiting around the office, and then the customer service team had issues interpreting the very contradictory reports.
A straight forward diagnosis, ordering and fitting of parts under warranty has become a real headache and expensive waste of time.
Additionally, despite their consumables team being responsive and courteous, their products are very expensive and it works out more cost-efficient to order elsewhere unless you opt for their annual consumables plan and order very large quantities throughout the year.
I do not recommend this company or machine (Coffetek Vitro S1) to anyone.
