"Very sadly having to write another…"

Very sadly having to write another review of my experience with Vending sense. They didn't send one of the parts required to fit the coffee machine. No issue there, these things happen, the engineer returned a few days later with the part. We get an email of apology and some goodwill coffee. All good. Roll on a few weeks, we receive a fictitious engineers report stating that we agreed to provide the part, with an invoice for over £300. Thankfully, we had saved the apology email from the time. If we had not had done, we would have been stuffed with a £300+ invoice. They aggressively chased this invoice, and refuse to fix the coffee machine that has not been working correctly for a few weeks now. When I sent them a copy of the email from the time (where they apologise for not sending the part), I don't even get an apology for the later invoice mistake. Terrible mistake to agree to this lease with this company.

Starter pack, missing essentials. Promised replacements, still waiting! Poor information from manufacturers for engineer who had a problem with a unit not working. Positive, the engineer was excellent

Vending Sense were brilliant throughout - from my initial enquiry up to the delivery of my coffee machine. Always answer the phone promptly & deal with any queries helpfully & thoroughly. If only all companies were like Vending Sense!

"Fantastic customer service"

Wonderful company to deal with. I’ve received fantastic customer service, great advice and quality products. Encountered an issue with the supply of a new machine (not vending sense fault), I was offered a number of solutions by Joe and Sarah which resulted in even quicker delivery time than originally quoted. Would highly recommend the company to anyone needing a coffee machine or coffee supplies. It’s been a refreshing change to deal with lovely people, supplying great products with a great service

"Fantastic customer service - Thanks Marco"

I have recently been looking to source some vendors for the company I work for in South London and have been in contact with Marco over the past few months. I'd like to say a massive thankyou to Marco in particular who has been my main contact, whom consistently worked to maintain a relationship with our company and figure out our personal needs to ensure we'd be provided with something bespoke and appropriate to our business. On top of him being very clearly knowledgeable about the products they are leasing, his level of communication and customer service is a credit to the company. Continuously going above and beyond- give the man a bonus! Thanks again Marco.

"Unprofessional"

Unfortunately Vending Sense were unable to complete my order after making very little attempt to resolve quite simple issues, and really making no attempt to cater for the needs of the customer. I also found the sales team unable to listen to my quite simple requirements and actually quite patronizing over the phone. This lack of ability to communicate has proved to be extremely time consuming and I felt it was wrong for a company that operates in this way to not be held accountable in any way. I complained about a week ago, but have had no reply.

My response to Vending Sense's response below:

Unfortunately the response confirms that Vending Sense failed to investigate the matter sufficiently and it is interesting that a response is prompted by a review on this platform, rather than a response to my complaint made to them directly, which reveals Vending Sense's real approach to dealing with customers. To support this, Vending Sense attempted to mark the review as not genuine, despite me quoting the invoice number.

The responses I gave, if they had been checked, would have been found as rational and reasonable as this review. The claim that multiple offices were called is likely factually inaccurate given that they were unable to tell me which offices were called. In any case, very little effort was expended in seeking a solution; this was clear from the 'explanation' provided, which they refer to below. I have yet to have receive the refund, though I accept that sometimes they take some time to come through. Furthermore, an apology on a public platform prompted by a negative review rather than an apology in the first instance can only be viewed an insincere. Fraud alerts come up all the time - my complaint is how Vending Sense as a company completely failed to deal with it.
