"Won’t use again!!"

Phoned for a quote, as my smart lock was faulty. Gave a quote of £89 plus new lock and handles. On arrival didn’t want to damage the lock so got in with force of entry. Was staggered by how easy it was. A new lock and handles were fitted and when it came to pay they wanted £450, I said I ain’t paying that which I didn’t . The wife was getting worked up and looking online we would have payed about £200 - £220 so agreed to pay £250. Will not be using again.

"I called to say I was having trouble…"

I called to say I was having trouble with my door handle and it shutting properly, I was working so my elderly dad was waiting in, a man came and changed the lock that didn’t need changing as it was the mechanism that was at fault, not the lock, said it was high quality, he then took the metal plate off the the frame and drilled a few holes, my door still doesn’t close properly I called to complain and was told they had saved me money baring in mind this messed up Jon was £255.00!! I logged a formal complaint but never heard anything back from them, stay clear of this company

"Scam company, do not use!"

This company is an absolute scam. They lead you to believe they are a local company but they are not. Me and my partner were locked out, it took the so called locksmith over an hour and a half to gain entry. He then charged me £380, £180 for gaining entry through "destructive methods" definitely destructive as I now need a whole new back door! Then it gets worse, he went to the warehouse to get a new lock and door handles and appeared hours later to try and repair his mess. He then charged me a further £388. All in all for a small job, it has taken all day of waiting around, a bill of £768 and I still need to replace the back door from the amount of damage.

"SCAM! Do not touch them or All Round"

Called as we'd locked ourselves out, was quoted £59 + vat. The guy came quickly from All Round (a contractor) and spent ages drilling the door lock out before telling us it was actually now 145. We paid it then he told us he didn't have the part to replace the lock and he would need to come back tomorrow and it would cost us another £150.
We called the call center to ask as it didn't seem right and were given an email address and told to complain we had been left unsecured. The email bounced so we called back and were given another email address which bounced while we were on the phone and the guy said 'i am so shocked about this' and said he would ask a manager to call us. When we asked him to send someone else to fix it he said he couldn't which we challenged because they advertise 24/7 emergency service to which he said 'no we don't'. We told him we were going to call the police and he said 'ok, i can't help you' and hung up.
Its a SCAM! Do not touch this company. We've called another local company who are on their way to fit us with a lock. They have also copied and pasted false images of good Trust Pilot reviews on their website.

Don’t use this company I thought they were a local company and was rushing because my elderly mother had been burgled , they quoted £80 and £20 parts the engineer said £120 when he arrived but I was on the phone to the police so didn’t question after he finished he said £120 per lock + materials total £400

Appalling service locksmith Called me didn’t have a clue what was wrong with my door mechanism left it unlocked I had to put planks of wood to close it this morning rang him said he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it a joke said will need a new door, called GLSS locksmith was very help sent a colleague called Randu he came and fixed it with half an hour brilliant mind at ease at last!! I never ring Em mistake I made complaint about the service but still no call back yet disgusting 🤢 service a let down 😡

"Absolutely shocking experience this…"

Absolutely shocking experience this company. DO NOT USE. My door was jammed so phone them to come out. Said to my fella £60 call out and should be a minor fix for that. Tells me the mechanism is broke it'll be between 100-150 which I said OK fine. Asked for a deposit for part which I challenged, when asked how much he said 150 and I said I'm not paying you for the full job which is when he decides to tell me that isn't. Basically made out it was going to costs 150 before he started the work then once I was left with nothing on my door to even close it add things on, it was only me challenging every aspect I managed to get a final figure off him after he tried going round the house s with figures being dodgy as hell about it that I finally got a figure of £359 to FIX a lock. I refused to pay and spoke with his manager who tried saying the guy was new didn't follow policy, offered me an lame apology but I still ended up having paying 279 which is extortionate. I have since seen reviews on here they have done this to other people so basically they are trying rip people off as much as they can. I've phoned the manager again today saying that he had blamed the engineer but clearly the whole company is corrupt as I can see from trust pilot you have ripped people off before to be told "I don't remember speaking to you yesterday" which again is a lie because I was extremely angry so there is no way he wouldn't have remembered that phonecall. I really wish I had checked trust pilot before I agreed to pay the 279 and let them carry on with their work as I just point blank would have refused to pay them a penny and just temporarily secured the door myself till I could have a got a more reputablie company who actually has some integrity to complete the job. Says on their website about avoiding cowboys that just start drilling without saying cost which is exactly what they did. Biggest cowboys I've come across

Arrived late and was unable to open my door. I was still charged full price despite their failure to complete.

Requested a copy of the invoice to be sent to me and you guessed it… nothing has arrived.

"Very Pleased with what I got"

The locksmith called Savvas got to me within about 50 minutes of calling the company on a busy friday evening and managed to pick the lock successfully. He was very friendly and did not charge huge amounts despite being after 6pm Friday. I am very pleased with the service I got.
