Was ist mit Hekticket los? Übers Internet schon seit Wochen nicht mehr zu erreichen angeblich wegen überarbeitung und die bestehenden Kioske werden nicht mehr betreut und auch nicht mehr regelmäßig geöffnet Ist Hekticket insolvent? Wer kann weitere Informationen geben wo man die Tickets heute noch bekommt?

Am ersten Tag haben wir günstige Tickets im Rennaissance-Theater bekommen - und als es am zweiten Abend keine günstigen Tickets für die Staatsoper gab hat uns der Mitarbeiter sogar geholfen, Restkarten mit unserem Handy zu bestellen!

In dem Kiosk hole ich mir immer Comedy Tickets. Zuletzt für den MAD Monkey Room. War ein super Tip! Die Ticketshops in der Innenstadt sind ja nach Corona sehr zurückgegangen. Deshalb freue ich mich, dass es den Kiosk am Zoo noch gibt.

Ich habe Karten für die Philharmonie bestellt und abgeholt, hat alles perfekt geklappt. Hekticket nutze ich schon 20 Jahre und mir gefällt die kompetente Beratung.

I did a little research regarding Hekticket. They seemed to be alright until late 2019, then posting on social media stopped. The owner Andreas Richter founded a new business “Articket" in Summer 2019. I couldnt find any information regarding bankrupcy of Artour and/ or Hekticket.

Andreas Richter started being the spokesperson of Berlin Alexander Platz official source.

I don't think he's a con but maybe he's just a very good con artist and even fools the City of Berlin.

They've never refunded me for cancelled Faith No More concert.

Finger weg von diesem Anbieter. Ticket mittels Sendungsnachweis zurück gesandt. Seit 4 Monaten keine Reaktion auf Mails und Anrufe.

Keine Reaktion auf Anrufe und Mails. Tickets, die Ende 2019 bezahlt wurden, wurden nie versandt oder erstattet.

Der Service ist seit Wochen nicht erreichbar, die Mitarbeiter ebenfalls nicht. Der Laden ist tot.

"SCAM COMPANY"

I bought a ticket for the recital to be performed by the artist Joe Bonamassa in Berlin on 05/07/20 and it was canceled because of the COVID virus.

I bought the ticket in a small office that NO LONGER EXISTS near the Zoologischer Garten train station, on the neighborhood of Charlottenburg. In this place they had informed me that they would return the money to me, which is why I cannot make the refund through the online system on Eventim.

But this place disappeared and nobody contacted me, i been trying to reach them since then, by phone, emails, even in person but the central office disappeared as well so, basically in Eventim they told me this company "still on business" and they can not give me the money back until they go to bankrupt and that's what I'm waiting now.

If someone is on the same situation and want to do something please contact me, maybe we can do something together. I want my money back because is my right and this is not fair at all, this is a big scam.

I'm still waiting and I'm going to the last consequences if necessary.
