I purchased a Christmas tree for $1070. The plug only had one prong, which we didn't notice until we put up the 12 foot tree. I contacted the company and they responded after I posted my review. They have since fixed the problem that I had with my tree.

We received our order and one of the chairs had broken welds and the table had some dents and bends in it. I submitted pictures of the damage and the items were replaced with no issues.

I purchased this patio set from Lowe's and waited 3 weeks to get something more than "backordered" status from them. I cancelled the order and placed it with Recreation Outfitters for the same set. It was less expensive AND they actually had it in stock and delivered it within a week! So happy I made the change! As for the patio set, I love it but will definitely be buying additional pillows for the backs. Very comfortable with pillows!

"The absolute worst company I have ever…"
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with I ordered a patio set in May and they sent me the wrong color cushions. I have been trying since then to get this corrected. Have called and emailed multiple times with no resolution to date (Nov3) every time I call I get a different story. Terrible!

Review is for the purchase process -- the customer support people were friendly and helpful. The systems and tools to notify customers of shipping and lead times, etc are not seamless and therefore required many customer service calls from my end to understand when my product would be shipped, had it been shipped, and tracking information. Despite the excellent customer service when you call, the website info post purchase is very confusing, and I didn't like having to make all the calls.
