I ordered a furniture item. After several days, they notified me that it was unavailable and offered some possible replacement items which I did not accept. I asked for my money back. Two weeks later after not having received my refund, I called them. They said the refund will be forthcoming in three to five days. It did not come. I called them again. Same story it will be forthcoming. It has not arrived as they said it would. They owe me over $600 for not completing my order. I will report them to the BBB and speak about this with my lawyer. This company is one that no one should ever deal with. There's something going on with them that is unethical and untrustworthy

My order was complicated by the fact that after it was confirmed, I had to change the model number of the item I wanted. After a few days I also had to change the shipping address. I give the company a five star because it came exactly when they said it would be delivered. It was very well boxed, and the chairs are stackable, which is really a Great feature so you can have more space if needed on your deck. The color is amazing because it doesn’t heat up in the sun like a bronze color would. I’m very satisfied, especially with a customer service person who made sure I got it on time and it was the correct item I ordered and was so very helpful in ordering it for me online because I was really nervous because I had never ordered from this company before so I highly recommend this company and would use it in the future !

I reached out to the company to check the status and each and every time representatives immediately responded and walked me thru the process. I received my item and im very happy. Thanks again!
