"Disappointing catalogue of problems"
When our tub was delivered it came with the wrong cover so the crew were unable to complete the commissioning and training process. We then had to wait a week for a follow up visit to deliver the cover. A few days later, before we’d had chance to use it an RCD in our electric circuit started tripping and we traced the fault to the hot tub. On the advice of the company’s service manager we opened up the workings and found a pipe was leaking onto one of the pumps causing an earth short. This being shortly before Xmas we then had to wait until after the holidays for an engineer to come. All in all it was a month from delivery to our first dip which was disappointing to say the least. To be fair the staff did their best to help us get up and running, which earned an extra star, and we are now very happy with the tub.

"We had been considering getting a hot for a while"
We had been considering getting a hot tub for long time when we visited the southend branch of the hot tub barn at the Altons garden centre, they have a wide selection on display and conner spent as much time as we needed to help us work out which would work best for us even letting us try them out ( empty ones ) and the offer of trying the full ones if we fancied it
Conner arranged for the concrete base to be done and the transport with suitable date for delivery
I have emailed conner on several occasions now for advice on chemicals and setting up etc , he always replied back with info required and advice when needed
He has a selection of chemicals on the shelf so you can just drop by when needed

"Great Experience and Great Company"

Cannot recommend this company and Connor enough. From the first visit to the shop - to the installation process, everything was smooth, pleasant and easy. Which, lets face it, when you are spending the money these cost you want the experience to match all your expectations. We had questions about delivery and access and Connor made a personal visit to our location to go over how they would get the hot tub into the house, which eased our minds completely for the day of installation. The date for supply we were given was kept to and the installation was a breeze. The two guys that turned up were respectful and knowledgeable (even if the football teams they supported were dubious :-) ). We are so happy with our hot tub and very glad we used Hot Tub Barn to supply and install it. A+ would use again if need be.

Having talked to various Hot Tub retailers for the last 5 year about purchasing one, I had the feeling that several I talked to lacked in depth knowledge and seemed only interested in making a sale. All that changed when I went to HTB at Cambridge and talked to Jo whose in depth knowledge of the product, the industry & the pitfalls must surely be unrivalled. She made the process of buying one as hassle free as possible with little pressure exerted. It's here, it's been delivered and it's wonderful. There's been a small problem which the service team at HQ have resolved entirley satisfactorily which proves that if you want the complete sales & service package undertaken by people who really know their product then Hot Tub Barn is the ONLY place to go.

"Experience Buying a hot tub"
We went into the Southend Hot tub Barn, and was greeted by Connor. Although we had already had a hot tub and needed a new one, they had changed so much and Connor was very helpful, and showed us the ones we wanted to see running. He answered all our questions and gave us a brochure. He wasn’t a pushy salesman just very helpful. Even after we bought the hot tub, he answered our questions relating to the delivery. On the day our hot tub was installed, we were shown the various buttons. After the delivery team left, we couldn’t remember certain things, so drove down to Southend branch and asked Connor to go through everything again. Connors after care was very good and always there to phone if needed.

Matthew at altons Garden Centre was very helpful when looking for our hot tub let my grandaughter try some out before we purchased ours and got delivery on date that suited us and the guys that delivered were very helpful and professional would highly recommend
