Purchase was for two moulding wax sheets. Package had three sheets. They placed an extra sheet for protection during shipping. Little things like this are invaluable. Good work to the team or whoever!!

"If you like being insulted"

If you want to be treated with disrespect when you don’t receive your product, this is the company for you.

A simple apology was all that was needed, they literally refused though, and instead called me a liar and black listed me, just to find out after the fact UPS admitted they delivered to the wrong address. And even after that no apology… no refund either. I had to email them to request it 2-3 weeks after UPS concluded their investigation.

All that is secondary to the disrespect, and attitude they showed when I got upset that they weren’t handling the situation to my standards.

It’s really troubling to know one of the largest inventory US distributors treats people like this. Basically their attitude and business practices have cost my clients time.

We won’t even get into their poor shipping department and over inflated shipping costs…

It’s really sad they hold themselves this way.

Please reach out to me if you’d like to see all the email correspondence from CE, and UPS, as well as a link to the Facebook post I made (the only way I got them to return my emails about this situation), so you can build your own conclusion based on the facts.

*And just to respond to the below reply. Yes I did receive an apology, but it was simply “I’m sorry you felt the need to post on-line about this experience.”

And yes I did receive a refund, 3 weeks after UPS concluded their investigation, and only after I emailed CE, and requested it.

Also, of course I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank, the day of the incident happened and I was out my initial purchase. I also told CE I was going to do this if no reconciliation was made, I’m going to make sure I’m covered, any responsible person would. If my bank is still persistent to this day, honestly that makes me pretty happy that at least my financial institute understands the importance of my business relationship with them.

Also, yes you have the right to refuse my business. But the fact that you did so after I was the victim of poor business practices, in which my clients in turn was made to wait, and in the end I lost substantially more than my purchase, and wasn’t made whole for said purchase for almost 2 months, that’s just plain wrong…. You have to see that….

And then when my initial claim was validated by UPS, and they admitted they deliver to the wrong address, you know everything you stated I lied about or you denied was eventually proven as fact, you responded by blacklisting me. And yes that prompted multiple posts/reviews about this situation, why else wouldn’t I when one situation burns me twice.

Maybe you should reread what you wrote, and how you handled the situation. The fact that you didn’t even reply to my emails until I called you out on Facebook, seriously???. Maybe do some pondering on what good customer service means, and read the various negative comments on various sites from other people like myself. Because basically your actions/how you handled the initial situation, and how you retaliated with blacklisting me after issuing a refund was just plain childish. I’m the one that has the right to be upset, I was the one wronged in this entire situation, yet for some reason you blame me, and treat me horribly because of it.

I really used to love you guys and I used you guys all the time. But the past couple of years you have been pretty inconsistent with having product and it takes forever for you guys to ship. It took a week for you to ship my last order. I will only be using you if I have no other choice.

I had a bunch of questions before ordering anything and they were really helpful. I was using Easycomposites from the UK but shipping was a pain. I was using them because of their Youtube videos with all the directions. Composite Envisions put my mind at ease that they can provide the same thing.

"Best cloth Ive used thus far"

First time Ive used your company for cloth, and also the first time I used such a specialty(carbon/kevlar) product. Quality was there, weave stayed put and it looks amazing with my epoxy.

The motor mounts in my electric Yamaha Raptor conversion is made from this cloth and Ill be using one of your camo cloths for a custom EV truck. Amazing stuff
