Always a great experience. Only two things could make it better. 1. A bit more ease of being able to talk to a tech about highly specific questions relevant to making a purchase. 2. If you could sell the stretchlon 200 vacuum bag in 50" width so it's not subject to the oversized shipping. I buy alot at once but sometimes nesr the end of a project i get in a pinch where I just need a yard and can't afford to buy a full several month supply at that moment. It's either pay $41 for a yard of it, compromise the project, or go logging for money trees. Thanks!

"shipping is way over priced"

shipping is way over priced, basically charging double and that's if ordering one item. It gets worse as you add more items because you have to pay for shipping on each item as if you were buying seperate eventhough it can and will get shipped in one box. That's my biggest issue with them. Doing outbound ups and fex ex for a living, I know what the rates are.

I was able to talk to someone at the company who was very helpful in picking the materials for my project. The prices were competitive and my order was shipped quickly.

Shipping rate was very high compared to other vendors. I am about 2 hours away from the office and the shipping for one roll was over 60 dollars while a vendor well over 1000 miles away was 24 dollars.

I like the product but it is comparable to others on the market and cost is a determining factor.
