The quality and variety of products is outstanding. What I find frustrating is 3-4 days to process my order before shipment. I'm on the West Coast so that means up to 10 days until I receive my order. I understand ship times are out of your control, but order processing times seem excessive.

Your service was very quick! Packing was excellent. Boxes were full of everything needed to do the job. I haven't started this last phase of the project yet, but with everything needed and good set of instructions I'm sure it will be a successful project!

Product arrived well packaged and as expected. The reason for the middling rating is the, as typical for Composite Envisions, the time to process the order means it took a week to get it. This was a one item order, nothing involved or complicated. Their website says something like "Over 90 percent of orders ship within one day" my orders, unless they get drop shipped from somewhere else, are almost always in the 10 percent. It's one of the reasons I have found as many ways as possible to not use CE. It is a shame as they were my favorite composite suppliers.

I thought that the merchandise was already on stock just to shipping for the next day, i don't have any problem waiting but now i know for a future order. Overall was a good experience. I'll be buying more clothe to make my project look amazing with the exclusive clothes that you guys offer.
