"Poor Customer Service for faulty shoes"
I purchased some Vionic shoes on 31/12/24 from SimplyFeet, they cost over £100 and I started wearing them daily from the beginning of January. Two months of wear and the lining inside the heel of the left shoe has started to tear into a hole, also the right shoe is now doing that. I contacted SimplyFeet and sent photos of the damage to the left shoe. What a poor customer service from SimplyFeet. I was told that it was NOT a manufacturing fault of the shoe and that it was wear and tear as the shoes had been worn daily for three months - not quite true!! As it was wear and tear there was only a 30 day guarantee for that. How ridiculous. I have since read similar negative reviews of SimplyFeet customer service and as a result of this poor service I would not recommend them and I will most certainly not be buying from them again. In fact, its probably worth reporting this to Trading Standards if I wanted to as this is definitely a manufacturing fault. I have had Padders and Hotter shoes for years that have never been in as bad a state as these Vionic shoes after only two months. Very very poor company.

Great Service - ordered a pair of Ecco boots which I received within 3 days. Was kept up to date with the delivery information. Very happy with the boots received which were in immaculate condition.

I bought shoes from them and everything went well. But, I started receiving newsletter/shove-it-in-your-face emails so I unsubscribed even though I have never subscribed. Now, they also sent me a leaflet by the post which is just too much, and seems like a breach of trust and of personal information! What's next, sell my information? I won't be surprised!!

"Good service"
Bought Slippers for the wife for Christmas they came next day great price. Only issue was the colour was diffrent. but as the ones I ordered were the only ones on sale and I the sent the more expensive ones im ok with that

"First time customer"
Spoke to customer service first to check the item was in stock. The lady said she had 2 pairs left, so I purchased both pairs. I done my order online and they arrived the following day, really delighted and only £4.99 courier cost. Just hope now the shoes purchased give long service.

"Shoe fabric didn't last 2 months"
Shoes falling apart at the eyelets, with stitching coming away from the fabric, less than 2 months after purchase. A real shame, because the shoes look good and are quite comfortable, but I'd expect £90 shoes to last a little longer than 2 months.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. When one of the items was out of stock and it looked like a long wait time, they took the initiative to contact me to arrange a substitute. This arrived the next day.
I found the people I dealt with courteous, proactive and efficient.
I have recommended Simplyfeet to others and will certainly be using them again.

"New charge for returns"
We have bought several pairs of shoes from them and have appreciated the fact that you could return the shoes without charge if they were not right.
With the recent purchase I found that a £2 charge is now levied for returns. I shan't be risking buying any further shows for us as I think it's unreasonable of the company to charge. Shoes aren't standard sizes....and neither are feet, so shoes will often have to be returned

Shoes arrived quickly, small issue with delivery but the company responded immediately and solved the problem. Really good customer service!

"Sent me the wrong products"
Sent me the wrong products. I emailed to complain with pictures of what they sent instead.
Returns are ONLY FREE FOR SHOES.
Their website is highly misleading and their staff are very rude.
They didn’t even apologise for their mistake and demanded that I also confirmed in writing that which they could see with their eyes from the pictures of what they sent me.
They still didn’t apologise after I pointed out they hadn’t.
I will now return everything because they’ve messed me around too much now.
