"Great company"

Have used Simply Feet for a few years now, most recently 3 weeks ago. I have difficult feet and so order different sizes etc. Prices are good, (excellent in sales), delivery quick, returns easy to do. Superb customer service eg email confirmation of returns and refunds.

"Hopeless service when there is a fault"

My wife purchased a pair of boots a year ago but they were faulty (top becoming unstuck from the bottom) after 6 months. These were replaced, without apology, after a long and tortuous process. The same problem happened after 4 months. No apology. Long and tortuous process to get a refund. No customer service at all

"Excellent customer service"

I ordered a pair of Vionic shoes. When they came I found that they were too narrow and not comfortable. I returned them using the label included and received a refund. I appreciate companies that put the customer first and give excellent customer service.

"Impressive company"

I just had to leave a review because I am so impressed by this company. I have been looking for the scotch colour Vionic hiker boot for a while but they have been sold out on both QVC and Vionic’s website. When i saw them on here for less than half the price. I couldn’t believe it. I bought them but expected to receive a different colour or wrong size because of some of the negative reviews on here. However, not only did I receive them literally 2 days later. They were exactly what I ordered!! I’m so happy and impressed by this company

"Excellent choice of shoes that provide…"

Excellent choice of shoes that provide good comfort and fit for my feet. I ordered four pairs.
I managed to grab a bargain on two pairs of Vionic sandals which fit lovely and we’re extremely comfortable. I ordered too large in the boots and too small for some sandals (wishful thinking) I had a label to return free and two pairs went back with no issue.

"Wonderful"

Wonderful
I ordered slippers on Thursday and was promised delivery for Monday but delighted they arrived today Saturday. Wearing them 5 minutes after delivery and absolutely perfect. I always buy Vionic when I can.
I have a request for Slippers (which I buy in Australia but can’t get them here) they are suitable for hot weather like ‘Indulge’ but have a toe post. Please help.

"Reduced or not reduced? That is the question"

Whilst things are difficult at the moment I won't gripe at the time taken for customer services to respond to emails. However, I recently bought a pair of Vionic shoes through their website. I love the brand as they accommodate my prescribed insoles well. The shoes were reduced by 50% and as I could still get them in my size, I ordered them. As I checked out I saw the reduction hadn't been applied but as I could get the shoes I wanted, at a reduced price I continued the purchase and immediately contacted Customer Services to make them aware and asked for the difference to be refunded. I took screenshots of the shoe and my message should I have needed them later.

The shoes duly arrived but having still not received a response I sent another email acknowledging their arrival and asked for the refund to be processed, attaching the screenshots.

I received a response which said that only one colour of the shoes had been reduced not the ones I had purchased! I have now gone back to their website and sent them a screenshot of the shoes; the price and the fact that once the colour of the shoe was selected that there is no change. This is my third request for the refund. I await their response or it's contact with Trading Standards, I'm afraid
