Having made a purchase of over £100 I was emailed "Unfortunately this item is now out of stock and as a discontinued range will not be restocked. I have emailed accounts to refund you." Monies taken from my account today, January now, no refund. My partner had a partial order fulfilled and refund same day using PayPal. Don't use this Company. Can't fulfill orders and still take your money

"Fantastic customer service"
I ordered some boots which sadly didn’t fit with my orthotics. I forgot to take the orthotics out when I returned the shoes, called SimplyFeet and they said that they would watch out for the return parcel and send me back my orthotics if they find them. And they did! I am so grateful, as these are custom made orthotics and quite expensive. What a great firm!

"Skechers Slips Ins"
After looking for Skechers Slip Ins for my elderly father, I could not get his size of shoe or style on the Skechers website, I found them online from Simply Feet. I phoned them on the Friday morning and spoke with Donna who helped me with this order, she was professional, helpful and polite and would like to say a big thank you to her for all her help as they were delivered efficiently on the Saturday morning for me to be able to take to my father this Friday. Fantastic customer service, thank you!

"If you expect shoes to last more than…"
If you expect shoes to last more than 30days do not buy from this site. I bought vionic sandals the end of last summer July this year they broke after very little wear on inspection the leather all over the sandal has cracked, I requested a replacement sandals but was met by” Our return policy is 30 days for all of our shoes.” and they were not interested in pursuing it with Vionic as they have the same policy even though this is clearly a manufacturers defect.

There was an issue with DPD and my delivery as it said it had been delivered but it hadn't.I contacted Simply Feet and spoke with Donna. She very quickly contacted DPD and then put a new order in the post for me. Very helpful, I couldn't have been happier with the customer service.

I was really struggling to find some comfortable sandals and then the ones I liked were to difficult to return if they didn’t fit so I searched elsewhere and found simply feet It was the returns policy that convinced me to order The sandals are merrell so superb as expected.They didn’t need to be returned.However the speed of delivery was extremely impressive only two days from ordering and well packaged so I will definitely use this company again.

"Great to deal with"
I don’t generally leave reviews, but on this occasion, having read quite a few bad ones, I felt sharing my experience would help others.
I called the customer service number to order a pair of Approach ladies boots (rather than do it online, to ensure they had stock)
I spoke with a chap called John, who was super efficient and helpful. He explained that the boots would be sent via DPD and would arrive within three days… They actually came the very next day.
The product was just as advertised and i will definitely use this company again.

"Disappointing Service"
I had placed an order for a pair of boots on the 2nd October for an event due in a couple of weeks from then.
There was no sign on the site to say that there was low stock/unavailability/pre-ordering/any delay/supplying issues (like other competitor sites have.)
I was then told after ordering by email to wait 5 days from purchasing to get a despatch update, nothing happened and no information was given. I then rang over a week later and still no update or any information was given. I was then left not knowing when or even if the order will arrive at all.
I waiting another week and then I sent a further email to complain and to get to the bottom of things - no reply.
Disappointing and ignorant service, especially given as the order was £100+. Will unfortunately not be using again.
