I ordered this through Amazon and tried to return it when I saw a very similar item in a local shop for far less. I am a pensioner and have to watch the pennies. I did not even open the packaging so I expected to be able to return it without any hassle. This is the usual policy these days with most retailers. Not happy and will never use this company again.

I ordered the microfibre flexible duster set and am very pleased with it. The handle is very long, just what I need for my house with high beams, and is very sturdy when fully opened (unlike those made of plastic). Was nice to get a free hand duster as well. I like that I can wash the duster parts. Good quality and a good price. Parcel arrived promptly. Will buy from them again and recommend.

Do not order from this website, they added products onto my order after it was processed using my credit card and some how without me putting in my card details again after I had checked out. I have tried to stop the order (under the remote selling regulations cool off period) and am still trying but I am assuming I will have to return the products at my own cost. Complete con and definitely not a good website to use.

Looked on-line for telescopic poles to reach and clean my 3 solar panels as I live in a bungalow.

I found the Long Reach Window Cleaning Kit, which was still a little short but they do packs of 3 extension poles that are a perfect match, also purchased the 15 Litre Paint / Window Cleaners Rectangle Bucket.
All arrived bang on time in one small box and very well packaged.

Products are well made the Long Reach Window Cleaning Kit, plus the extension aluminum tubes pushes together very well, and does not flop around.

When I am on my step ladder you can press hard enough on the aluminium sectional tubes to clean the glass of Terrordactyl sized bird droppings, as the pole does not bend that much.

With my 10% on-line discount all for around £30 well worth the purchase.
