"PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE.."

PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE... I purchased a '12" Newman and Cole Wooden Floor Squeegee with 15/16 Taper Handle' recently but is completely useless and not fit for purpose. You can't angle it to squeege the floor without the wood scraping the floor as well. Asked to return it as 'not fit for purpose'. After an exchange of emails, they agreed to do this BUT I would have to pay the return postage costs. The cost of returning it (because of the handle length) is more than the cost of the item! So I just have to chuck it in the bin and accept I've thrown £12 away. Disgraceful surface and completely contrary to UK consumer law, where the seller is responsible for the cost of returning defective items/items that don't do what they're supposed to.
