"Just arrived today"

Just arrived today, the rechargeable Scrub Master. Already tried on the tiled floor in kitchen and dining room. Couldn't ask for better and the price is just fantastic. Just got to see how I get replacement scrub attachments now and I'm one happy bunny. No more knees and scrubbing for THIS 73 year old.
The product itself is fantastic quality for the price and does a cracking job.

"Delivery Delay"

The 2 brooms ordered through Amazon are fine but the delivery service wasn't. The brooms were received today, 3 days later than promised, but I suspect the delay was down to the Carrier (Evri formerly Hermes).

I have been looking for a small broom to sweep the leaves around my many garden pots. I purchased the deck scrubber brush. It is perfect, very well made and robust. ❤️

"Brilliant service when i had a problem"

Brilliant service when i had a problem. I bought this product back in May 2024 from Amazon. But because of being in hospital did not come to put it together until after the return window had shut. There was a pole missing. So I contacted dust pan and told them. No questions asked they sent a complete new one out. Thank you for brilliant customer service.

I ordered a Telescopic Bathroom Mop kit. Apart from one crucial aspect, the item was well made and should have worked well. However, the blue connectors do not hold the handle in an extended position and it collapses when used.
I reported this to the Company, but they requested photographs before they could proceed. Such photographs would be a waste of time as they only show what is on the Company's leaflet.
I can only suspect this is a delaying tactic to avoid accepting a return and not one I would have expected from a reputable supplier.
Also, the box it was packed in had already been opened, possibly by a previous customer returning the unit for the same reason.
In order to use the mop, I have had to rivet the parts of the handle together to maintain an extended position.

In view of the prompt response and refund, I am amending my rating. This is just the response I would have expected from a reputable company and will certainly use them again.

"Not just for indoors"

This is a great product with a very competitive price tag.
I wanted it for outside to get rid of cobwebs around the windows and soffits and it has done just that.
The item was delivered quickly, I would use the company again.
