Company was very informative when processing the order, disappointed with the large soft broom, constantly sheds its bristles which is annoying on white porcelain tiles, wouldn’t recommend the soft broom at all!

The Dustpan and Brush Store kept us updated on delivery and it arrived very quickly.
The product is amazing quality and was a great price.
I was lovely to have what felt like a personal service even though the product was on the B&Q site.

As I was utterly fed up with nylon hand brushes, with static that kept the dirt on the brush I looked around for, and choose a sensible wooden pair instead.
My only comment on the lighter brush was that it has been shedding some bristles. Otherwise all good.

I am forced to leave 1 star as a minimum. They do not deserve even that. An absolutely horrendous company to deal with. I purchased and received three brush heads and 3 handles. One brush head plastic fixing bracket was broken into two pieces. I sent 6 pictures and 2 very detailed messages over 4 days and even offered to repair myself if they can send the part. I received in total SEVEN automated responses just like the review three days prior to mine. asking me to wait up to 48 hours. Amazon stepped in and requested a resolution and guess what, yet another auto response telling me to wait. I gave detailed information about the nature of the broken part and one of the only two messages over the 4 days asked me for the very information I had clearly given showing that they did not even read my message. clearly, a company that does not support its customers. At the rate they are going, I will be surprised if they retain any customers. I told them that I would never buy from them again and would complete an appropriate feedback on Amazon, Trust Pilot and Google and guess what I got back. Yup, an auto-response telling me they will respond to my message in 48 hours. I strongly recommend you buy just as good a product from a different company. I now have to go to the trouble of packaging 3 full-length brushes and travelling to the collection point to return and wait for a refund. An absolutely ridiculously operated company. utter rubbish. I cannot warn you enough about using this company. The previous customer who left a review three days before this one has said exactly the same. Appalling. Avoid !!!!!!
