I've sent some bags and guitars and even a tv, and all have arrived intact and within expected times. Any questions were promptly answered.
I wasn't sure I would be able to get all my stuff abroad as I'm moving but all went well.

Bags Ahead were also extremely proactive and kept me updated on the tracking process once shipped. Not to mention I only gave them 24hrs notice of my shipping requirement!
