A scam. Don’t use. I tried to cancel the subscription and emailed them several times. Every time a response came back in Portuguese!
I’m still waiting for a refund for the 4 months.

Infelizmente, fica a desejar na questão da transparencia e ética.

Foi cobrado o valor de R$ 48,90 sem que eu tenha concordado com a cobrança.

Fiz um pagamento no dia março/2025 no valor de R$ 8,49 para poder exportar meu curriculo que havia criado, visto que sem esse pagamento perderia o trabalho realizado, e isso não é informado quando o usuário começa a utilizar a ferramente.

Até aí, tudo bem, mas cobrar R$ 48,90, sem ter sido claro com o usuário já é um tanto quando malicioso.

Por isso, gostaria de solicitar o reembolso do valor, descontado.

fai il CV ma non se consapevole che alla fine stai per sottoscrivere un abbonamento a 23,95 euro di cui ogni mese sottraggono in automatico con rid usato per la prima transazione. c'è di pù: ho sostituito la carta perchè usurata cambiando Cvv e numero di carta e resume lab ha incassato regolarmente la mensilità.-
vorrei delle spiegazioni per quanto sopra e vorrei essere cancellato dall'abbonamento mensile sinceramente strappato in maniera discutibile e con poca chiarezza.grazie.saluti.claudio
