Worked with Bill Harrigan this morning. He was incredibly helpful and personable. Bill listened to my preferences & directed me to exactly what I looking for. He gave me thoughtful feedback on how we may want to expand our home gym in the future without making me feel like he was pushing a sale. I was impressed with the inventory and quality. We will certainly be back.

"Precor Treadmill Repair"

My Precor treadmill stopped working. I gave Carolina Fitness Equipment a call and they responded promptly. We set up a time for them to come out and look at the problem. They were able to repair it quickly. They also completed a tuneup while they were there. They let me know that the belt had some wear and that the deck had already been turned once. When I needed to replace the belt in the future, I will need to replace the belt and the deck. That was valuable info to know. Thanks to them for their prompt and reasonable service.
