Went to go pick up an item for friend and was wanting to get few things for myself. Prices are fair. Front desk ladies where very welcoming. Bill the sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and helpful. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Knowledgeable company, provided excellent solutions to our Gym setup with quality equipment. They also provide preventative maintenance checks. I would recommend them to groups or people that want quality equipment. Gave them a 4 1/2 star instead of a 5 due to a need to communicate more efficiently with responses to emails.

"Unacceptable for the price"

Equipment that was supposed to be brand new came damaged and dent and the installation crew had no respect for the equipment, they were tossing it around, when they opened the truck the dumbbells had been rolling around the truck hitting everything, Not impressed will not use again

Great service! I was very happy with my initial interaction with Frank. He was responsive and kept me informed as we waited for parts. He scheduled me for repair as soon as the part came in and was on time for the appointment and professional.

Went to the new warehouse in the beginning and was sent to the new location down the street..1st experience of custom service was great! Smiles and pleasant. Got to main customer entrance and was greeted again with smiles and vibrant attitude, signed the waiver and got to tour with Phillip Lewis. He knows his stuff and was the epitome of customer service...awesome place and people! Only place I will be going to get my stuff from now on.!
