"The whole process was timely"

The whole process was timely, I was surprised how quickly the items arrived in new Zealand.
This was my first time on the website, being a owner if a project turntable i had been searching for parts to improve its performance which the website listed.
I found the whole purchase experience delightful and have been back since for another purchase
I can honestly recommend analogue seduction for carrying a good selection of merchandise as well as being fairly priced.

"Poor customer service"

Items arrived well packaged, but poor customer service. Ordered on the 27th Feb, which was not dispatched until the 6th March. My email in between that asking for a status update was ignored. This apparently is now the norm, as in 2023 I emailed the company for some info on some Icon Audio speakers, which was also ignored.

Comms need a massive improvement.

My first experience with Analogue Seduction was very positive. I ordered stands, which were delivered to Germany within 2 weeks. Everything was well packed. The price was also very competitive with German shops. I knew, of course, that I will pay taxes on arrival. I think the UK can ship tax free to the EU now and upon arrival, the domestic tax will be charged.

I mainly ordered because the stands were sold out everywhere else in this configuration and the shop reviews were convincing.

This was surely not my last order, my dear, posh, British neighbours. Ta-ta.
