After almost a year and a half I can truly say my experience with Sophie has been incredible. I have seen very dramatic differences in my life since starting and have been able to overcome both my past and present problems, breaking things down one by one allowing me to view my situations and options as a whole. Sophie has been able to guid and help find my internal voice that's been able to give me the confidence in making the changes I felt were most important in my life. During the entire process I felt supported and understood and immediately felt comfortable and safe to open up what I wanted and needed too as on when I felt I was ready. Looking back it still amazes me the real progress I have been able to make.

As my first time visiting a counsellor, Sophie was great at putting me at ease and allowing me to explore what i needed to, to help me untangle my thoughts and worries, and over a number of weeks come up with a strategies and practical actions to help with some issues that had built up in my head, helping me to give myself 'permission' to do things differently.

I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if not been to a counsellor before. I appreciate I don't have previous experience to compare, but definitely worked for me.

She has helped me so much within the last 9 - 12 months and I am a totally different person now and back to being myself which is what its all about isn't it?! Through a mixture of self-led and supported counseling, I feel like I'm in such a better place than I was before! Would highly recommend! Not I need to be explore the surface issue but we looked at what potentially are root causes and understood were my issues really came from! Thank you, Sophie!

From the offset Sophie welcomed me into her home with a warm smile. Nothing was pushed or rushed, everything is in your time, everything spoken was listened to carefully and responded to sympathetically.

Sophie with he knowledge, experience and sympathetic ear has guided me from the the lowest you could possibly be to a person who is in control, strong, and as she would say ‘a place I deserve to be!’
