Service wasn't very personalised, and hard to follow with all the emails coming through, no help or direction, as I'm a lady with a learning difficulty and struggle reading, processing and filling out forms, it was very hard to follow, and until this day I'm not sure what l've done, how l've done it or even of I've processed the information for the agreement.
