"Poor quality and rude service "

Ordered this bed January 2023 which I thought was stunning. So pleased with the delivery and quality.

That was until a year later the bed overtime the board has broken. It has been made of poor quality materials unfortunately. I’m deviated as I loved this bed.

I contacted and it has taken 4 months to get a reply to say it’s now out of warranty and they won’t do anything.

As you can see from photos the boards have warped all over so is not longer supportive. This is all over the base. It’s thin flimsy plywood which is not suitable for bed support

It’s great for the first year then obviously the quality is not fit for purpose so a year later you’re having to pay out again.

Have since been blocked on Facebook/instagram had comments deleted because I have seen posts made by yourselves that issues with faulty beds would be resolved but clearly not

I recently purchased Crown Panal Bed and it's been a great addition to my home. The assembly was straightforward done by the company itself, and the bed feels sturdy and well-made. The mattress support is comfortable, providing a good balance of firmness and softness for a restful night's sleep.

"Wrong items!"

Received a bed box of wrong dimensions, contacted and they said they’d replace it with the correct box. Second box was also incorrect, so I messaged asking for the correct one and if this wasn’t possible I’d be happy to settle for the intial box to save hassle. For over 4 weeks now they’ve been promising delivery every Tuesday but not following through. Redelivery was meant to be yesterday and now they’re ignoring all messages and phone calls on WhatsApp and Facebook! I have run out of patience and will be taking matters further as I’ve proof of everything that’s gone on and the measurements I was given in the first place to then be delivered incorrect goods!

I am so pleased with the quick ,reliable service along with excellent delivery service. They were so easy to deal with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any bed. It's so comfortable too. We ordered superking Victoria wing bed with 2000 pocket sprung mattress and blanket box. It's gorgeous. Was super easy to put together and is very well made. They wasted too much of my time, and I feel compelled to leave a detailed review about my experience. The communication throughout this process has been poor, and I have encountered false information on multiple occasions. Future customers need to be aware of these issues.

I waited almost two weeks for the samples they claimed to have sent, but they never arrived. Despite their assurances, the delay was frustrating and caused significant inconvenience whereby I could have searched elsewhere. Additionally, after we negotiated a deal, they went back on their word, which is both unprofessional and unethical. Such behaviour reflects poorly on their business practices and can severely impact customer trust and satisfaction.

I hope this feedback will serve as a warning to others and encourage them to improve their standards in service.

"Grey double and mattress"

Ordered a double bed with mattress on Tuesday night and it was delivered on Thursday at 10:00.
Bed is solid and the mattress is comfy.
Cant get better service than that 👌🏻😁😁
