Good communication, although there are so many models it’s difficult to make sure you’re getting the set-up you want! Best send pictures of your selection as I did.
The bed arrived with a couple of buttons missing and a slight issue with the underside where the fabric didn’t quite meet the wood in one area but it didn’t show or affect the looks of the bed. Due to this the company gave us free assembly, which was very good of them. They also sent replacement buttons.
Unfortunately we had to sell the inclusive mattress on, and get a better quality one, so be aware that if you want a good mattress, go for their upgraded ones or purchase elsewhere.
We got the ottoman bed, and it works very well, good mechanism and loads of storage. Overall a good product, great value for money, and a nice company to deal with. I would recommend them.

Bed was made to specific requirements, 4 drawers under which are very strong and sturdy. Only minor issue was getting the brackets on to join the base bottoms together. Very comfortable mattress. Excellent communication from start to finish. Would recommend.
