"Very happy with our new bed"

Very happy with our new bed. The quality is amazing. The service. We communicated via Insta message I was worried as not seeing anything in a showroom but I need not of as the bed the delivery and the service to put it all together for us was spot on. The price aswell I was quoted more than double in a well know bed store. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love my new bed! Decided on the Milano wing kingsize, in plush green velvet, it’s amazing! Super easy to liaise with and the delivery & assembly service was seamless. Will be recommending to all family & friends!

"TERRIBLE..."

TERRIBLE.... if I could leave no stars I would!!!
I text the delivery drivers before delivery and asked them to leave the mattress with one of 2 neighbours reply I got was "ok"
Mattress was then left outside against my fence in the pouring rain go the mattress inside it was quite literally dripping.. dripped all over my house .... I then messaged and was told the driver had tried to neighbour who had refused ( lies ) and I had given multiple options ... I have now had to have heating on full blast to dry the mattress and clean all the carpet whenever it's soaked through

I have just brought a bed from this company and the service we received from Mr Atif was amazing as im quite picky but he put me at ease and delivered the bed when he said they would.

The bedframe its self is solid and wellmade and the attention to detail is great it also looks and feels luxurious.

if you are thinking of buying from this company, it’s well worth it the price that you pay for the bed.

Ordered the king size Juliet bed and is beautiful! Really lovely made! Delivery was fab - the guys were helpful and lovely. Great communication throughout- right up until delivery.

"Poor customer service, unprofessional, poor delivery."

Poor mattress, wasn’t expecting a lot for the price however I would not describe it as firm. Service was absolutely terrible, dishonest and quite frankly insulting. Delivery drivers left the mattress downstairs in the lift and then lied saying we had agreed to that?! Delivery driver said they were a friend of the owner, but the owner said they’re not and said ‘so what you just believe anything they say’. Really unprofessional service and would never use again. Mattress is ok for the time we need it, a month or so before we move as our main mattress has been taken for our main residence already. We will be throwing this one away after a month or donating it if possible.
