My story is as dramatic as the others. When I did a deep research, I found out that I am not the only victim. I got alot of support and advises from other companies that they know them.
They are very unprofessional organisation in the transport sector.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT majority of the good comments are fake.
Do not trust this company.

"Remember to check the weight"

At the beginning we had some problems but then the owner called us and he explained the misunderstanding and everything went well.
My suggestion is to check the weight of the goods to be delivered before they collect the stuff in order to avoid any issues.

The worst experience ever!!!!
I moved from the UK to Switzerland and it was a complete nightmare.
Back in August, I got a competitive quote from John ( £700 for 5m3 and 150kg) and I decided to go ahead with him as he ensured that my stuff would be delivered within 2 weeks. Everything was ok until the day of collection( end of Aug).. the van arrived with more than 10h delay without providing any updates. 2 days after collection I received an email saying that my belongings were overweight by 200kg and I had to pay an additional £900 to complete the delivery(I know it wasn’t true as I weighted everything before collection, the scam started). Eventually I paid the extra amount after being ensured that my belongings would have arrived 4 days later (early Sept). Here is when the real nightmare started.. my belongings didn’t arrive and I had to spend more than 2 months chasing John to know where my stuff was. He provided the worst customer service ever, he said plenty of lies, pretended that my delivery was on its way and then invented a last minute excuse to not deliver (I.e the van broke on the way and we had to bring it back to London). At some point I even contacted the police and filed a lawsuit as I was sure they stole all my belongings and joined an instagram group made by other victims of this company. Finally after 3 months from collection, a guy who didn’t speak English showed up at my flat on a Sunday morning at 8am in Switzerland and delivered my stuff. I obliviously wasn’t ready to live 3 months without my stuff so I had to buy plenty of things in the meantime, this move costed me a fortune both in money and mental health so please stay away from this absolute scam!!!

DO NOT use Simpson removals Ltd for your continental removals ! We told them we'd get the keys on 14th December so they could deliver on the 15th , they said OK they'd deliver the 15th to 18th , when I rang on the 15th Yannis said it would be there by 17th ! The following week I was told it would be there by the end of the week (Xmas eve) the driver rang at 2pm on the 23rd saying he'd deliver at 9.30 pm ! When he arrived at 10pm he said he couldn't unload till I'd payed a bank transfer (which I did) but because the transfer said 25th Dec his boss told him NOT to unload ! 8 days & Xmas without furniture or Anything & still not got it yet !! BEWARE

IF YOU WANT TO TRACE THEM LOOK ON COMPANY HOUSE FOR THE COMPANY & YOU WILL SEE THE NAME OF THE DIRECTOR THIS IS THE GUY THAT CHANGES HIS NAME TO AN ENGLISH NAME WHEN YOU SPEAK TO HIM THIS IS THE GUY THAT THREATENS YOU VERBALLY & IN EMAILS THIS IS THE SAME GUY THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE FOR ATM FRAUD, ALTHOUGH THE NAMES HAVE BEEN REMOVED THE COMPANY NAME OF SIMPSONS REMOVALS LTD & VARIOUS OTHER COMPANIES HE IS LINKED WITH ARE STILL SCAMMERS & THIEVES. AVOID THEM, MANY OF US ARE DEALING WITH THE POLICE & ACTION FRAUD & CONSUMER RIGHTS. WE HAVE ALSO WRITTEN TO THE MOLDOVA EMBASSY & REPORTED HIM.
THIS RIP OFF COMPANY KEEP ON TRYING TO HAVE THIS REVIEW REMOVED FROM TRUSTPILOT. TODAY THEY WANT THEIR NAMES REMOVED (Had to remove their names as they are worried you will trace them). APART FROM RIPPING YOU OFF WITH MONEY & THEN DO NOT DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE I HAVE LOST MANY THINGS INCLUDING A GEORGIAN LEATHER CHESTERFIELD CHAIR, BAR STOOLS, COFFEE TABLES. THEY DO NOT PACK, THEY LOAD ON TO DIRTY VANS & EVEN SMOKE WHILST CARRYING THE FURNITURE. POLICE & ACTION FRAUD HAVE BEEN WARNED BY MANY CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Director is (Sorry I have to remove his name) from Moldova along with sidekick dishonest (name removed). Same as everyone else quoted price then when they have goods make you pay more over £5,000. Told 2 trips needed they only did one so scammed me for my beloved furniture & the things I did receive arrived damaged. Don't answer phone calls now to me but keep on responding to friends who made pretend enquiries for removal. Wife poses on Facebook with expensive goods no doubt paid for by the people he rips off. He has many other companies under his name & continues to rip us off. Already been done for fraud previously but still continues with his scams. Company address Carlisle Road does not have anyone there. Guys were smoking whilst carrying the furniture we even have pictures of them. Furniture obviously stored someone dirty as arrived with what looks like urine stains on cushions. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Totally got ripped of by these people. Damaged furniture, had to pay over twice the amount quoted (funnily after they took our furniture away). Never return calls.

The whole thing was great, from the communication pre collection to the final destination. I was told by Adam that it would take between 5 days to 14 days to deliver and it finally arrived 3 days later! Everything in great condition and nothing broke on the transfer. I could not be happier about Simpsons service. Thank you!

"Not good."

Not good.
Very nice initially. However, after telling them the items I had, they would’ve guessed I would’ve gone over weight but said nothing but then charged me.
Did not reply when I told them I was unhappy.
ZERO notice for delivery, just showed up. Expecting me to be home, and somehow manage the very heavy couch and mattress with one driver, didn’t find extra help.
I am never using them again.
