I only had virgin or bt available at my address. Virgin awful customer service with bt very slow. I telephoned briant who said that we can give you 100 meg on wireless and they came the following day and installed. Very neat installation. That was 2 years ago with no problems. However I have just tested my speed and I am only getting 83 meg!

evering thing was faultless. Had a problem porting my house phone over but fully beleive it was due to Sky. All contacts with customer service handled locally and dealt with by them with consideration to my needs. In terms of the product i have now double the download speed for half the price and 10x the upload speed but don't use. Why on earth do normal people allow themselves to be financially abushed by big companies that treat you no more than a number. Thankyou Briant.

A very poor insulation by city fibre ...that took 2 days instead of a few hours ....damage to my freshly decorated lounge...and now very slow broadband speeds...not impressed.

I've had my fibre broadband for 10mths now and can honestly say it's been brilliant. Briant have been helpful all the way through the installation and dealt with any questions I've had in a polite and punctual way.
