Couldn't ask for better serviceOrdered a new electric scooter, cheaper than anyone else so took a chance on them. following day received email and confirmation for delivery.Delivery day came and was bang on time.Scooter was massive so had to help the delivery driver to get it into house lolAll in all cheapest place I could find and very professional service. Thanks and would definitely recommend.

"Koolux X9 PROI "

Koolux X9 PROI got this bike for myself and another brand for my wife to do the daily commute to work and back. Currently I only live 4 miles from work and my wife even closer.I wanted the bike to be comfortable and durable. It does this perfectly. The seat is comfortable and the bike is built for the most part like a tank! Unfortunately this means it weight is around 40kg! But not an issue with the motor helping. Easily gets up to speed.Talking of speed you can unlock full speed mode easily allowing for some nice speedy riding of wanted over some trails and woodland.

"Excellent build quality"

Excellent build quality, robust and packed well. If used on constant assist 20/25 miles if you only use the assist as and when needed 30/40 plus miles. Use low gears to go uphill (some reviews saying it struggles on hills). Fat tyres so can be used off road on gravel, dirt tracks etc. Great bike and lots of fun 🚲 👍

"This bike delivers way more than is…"

This bike delivers way more than is expected of it, both in terms of power and build quality.I can easily reach 35kmh using the hybrid mode, going uphill is very decent and the range is remarkable for such a tiny package. It looks cool too.Only drawbacks in terms of quality are maybe the folding stem and the pedals. The pedals are plastic and cheap and the folding stem is a bit fiddly to get it to be tight and it needs to be adjusted once in a while.This is a great product and I would love to see more stuff coming from koolux in the future

I did put up a bad review as waited too long for my bike.
Then Oscar the owner contacted me and sorted it
More than that he even gave me a free gift .
I like a lot of people gave a bad review.
But I now know it's because Oscar had staff problems
And now the staff that work there are doing a good job.
So I would honestly say I am completely happy with my two ebimes I purchased.

So impressed!We bought two KOOLUX X2 AND X3 a couple of weeks ago and haven been on three bike rides so far.Up until recently we owned two Rad Power Bikes, Radrunner 1’s, which we loved. They also had 5 levels of pedal assist but no gears. They were great, and then they got nicked. With Rad Power Bikes now only available in the US we found KOOLUX after a lot of research. All the reviews sounded amazing and well, you can’t complain looking at the price.The X2,X3 definitely give you a lot for your money and are well thought through. Better than our previous bikes. Super powerful motor and having the throttle enabled is a must for us as we are used to having one.We use these bikes for fun at the weekend, getting out in the countryside with a picnic etc.They are a great ride and I am so impressed with the battery power. We established that the sweet spot for them is pedal assist level 4, and I personally switch between gear 4 and 5 for most terrains. Pedal assist 4 gets you to a nice 11mph which makes for an enjoyable bike ride. Staying in pedal assist 4 we just did a 15 mile ride and I did not lose a single bar of battery. My partner lost one bar, because he is about 20kg heavier than me. That means we should achieve 60 miles on one charge quite comfortably. That’s just amazing!We both bought an additional memory foam seat cover for the bikes because comfort is key, but the original saddles are better than most to be fair.I’d also like to highlight the customer service, when I ordered the bikes it would let me check out a black one, which was a mistake but was quickly and easily resolved by the ALPHASCOOTZ team. Not worried about after sales support with these guys!This is not a Sponsored review by the way, we paid for both bikes :)
