Ordered bike october 2024,ages to come.front light didn't work.bad communication on their end.today they delivered nearly new bike in place of my new one.cant reach Chinese head office to complain.still waiting for my money back. I can't believe the rubbish company won't refund me?given everything back,bike related and no refund. They tell me they can take as long as they like order 18305 just been told remove review then I'll be refunded if not no refund? Is that even legal? Update, finally,after much lengthy debate,illegal demands I.e.removal by demand of review.i have been emailed saying refund has been given.i await seeing it in my account. Good Friday after all🤑 over all bad experience

I purchased the Hitway bk29 from alphascooter in March 2025. The delivery into Central Europe was very quick (and free!) with tracking and email notifications sent updating me on the progress. Any questions I had were promptly answered. It’s good to see that alpgascootz has a community site on Facebook for this scooter to help users with their purchases. They have some excellent help videos on their website. Great service would definitely recommend.
