"This company will do anything to drag…"

This company will do anything to drag out a simple problem. They delivered a bike with a battery that didn't work and have took over a week of me sending pictured and videos of the battery and the bike to resolve the issue. 1 week later still no solid answer, just false promises. Disgusting customer service 😒

After UPS lost the scooter they arranged another one to be sent out a few days later , it turned up in time for my son’s birthday. Absolutely brilliant service , would 100% use them again
