12 years ago when I returned from England I decided to have my Citroen C3 Picasso serviced at Donnelly Group in Enniskillen, I was warmly welcomed by Mr Murphy and the service was carried out to perfection.
Since then I have become a regular Customer in Enniskillen and always receive a warm welcome and service carried out to a very high standard.
Over the years Joanna and Paul are always so helpful to arrange a time that suits me to bring my car along for service.
Last Wednesday my car was booked in, on arrival I went to Paul's desk, he had a customer so I was advised Lukas would book me in, I was so impressed with Lukas, so welcoming and helpful, he took my number and kept me updated, they had to source a part for the car and as soon as it arrived he called me and when the car was ready another call. When I returned to collect my car he went through the details of the service and then took me to my car. Lukas is just 4 months with the company and is a credit to himself and the Donnelly Group and I wish him a long and Happy life.

Phoned up for parts hung up on me twice went over to dealers gave them reg of my van couldn't find it showed picture of part of a 2014 van I needed didn't have a clue about part ignorant and totally no help won't go back to donnelys again

Vehicle not taxed mot expired 2 days after purchase so vehicle can’t be used on road until mot is completed mot queues are five months waiting.. promised mot would be arranged by garage! Customer service non existent can’t get through on line to sales team.
