"Perfect experience"

I'm from the UK and I bought my Toyota Yaris Cross online from Oliver Stacey at Donnelly Eglinton. I've never done anything like this before and was quite sceptical. I like to see, feel and drive a car before I buy it so this felt a bit scary! From the minute I was in touch with Oliver he completely put me at ease, and sent me lots of invaluable videos of the car that I'd chosen. He was in touch with me via email and phone every day, and was upfront and honest about all costs and timescales. It all happened very quickly (at my request) and not a thing went wrong. The car arrived in the UK a week later and was delivered to my door, and I LOVE it. This couldn't have happened without Oliver as I could easily have just decided to buy something more local. I'd recommend this garage and particularly Oliver who I can't thank enough.

Was made to feel welcome and facilities on site good. However handover of vehicle felt rushed, and as it was a completely new type of vehicle to me not all relevant features explained, e.g. where bonnet catch and fuel catch were situated. Also where do you fill the washer bottle.

I was pleased with my car, except for a faulty "Infotainment" system touch screen, which meant that the radio, mobile hands-free, etc didn't work. It has been replaced and seems to be working well now: I'm back to being delighted!
