This company fails to honor agreements and lacks transparency. Despite following all guidelines and treating the vehicle responsibly, they still ripped off the reviewer. Their subscription plan lacked proper accident coverage, and they failed to prove the legitimacy of their insurance. Additionally, their finance team ignores queries about contributions and excess kilometers, making their advertised slogan misleading.

After being a customer with SPLEND Sydney for nearly a year I would like to post my most visceral experiences this far.

Initially I chose a brand new vehicle, that vehicle was flawless. I also took care of my immaculate lease-to-own vehicle. After three months another driver crashed into my car. Weeks later I called the company responsible for assessing my vehicle as I had not heard back from anyone. I was told my vehicle was written off, and had been sold to an auction house, personal items included (eventually recovered at my expense).

To add insult to injury SPLEND kept the brand new replacement vehicle and forced onto me a second hand substandard replacement vehicle with a multitude of flaws, including four flat Tyres. Yay.

To date none of my requests for a new vehicle have been acted upon as SPLEND interprets their short form contract to mean in the event of a write off, they keep the new car and give the customer a second hand vehicle they do not want.

Run from SPLEND, run a mile. I cannot recommend this company at all. They lie and use double talk, if I were a federal police officer I would investigate this company as it seems to have hired a rogue element to up the profits at any cost. Or the whole company is rotten.

I had a warranty issue with my rental car, I brought it in today for Splend to see, I was seen by Erin who swapped the car for me.
It was easy and quick to swap the car so I could go back to work over the weekend.
