"Worst customer service I have ever…"

Worst customer service I have ever experienced- the collection officer (won't mention her name here) I had to unfortunately speak to because of severe financial hardship reasons for the first time since becoming a customer was so rude!

Even Huffing and puffing and groaning when I tried to talk and eventually as I was giving her my feedback of how rude she was!
Splend policy states if you can't make a payment to contact and discuss - which I did in advance but didn't get to speak to her until today. This person said things in the most rudest unpleasant argumentative tone, NIL empathy or understanding for my genuine financial hardship situation in fact she was so unpleasant from the beginning of the call to where i couldnt even explain my situation - total disregard - I never get upset when talking to splend but today I did and left me anxious all day because of one person -. some comments were - " well you knew this payment was coming up why didn't you plan and contact us?" ( I did contact in advance) " this isn't going to be an ongoing thing is it?" "We can't wait until Tuesday for the payment sorry"" you need to make some sort of payment before the weekend" (no ifs or buts) "can't you do uber driving?" "just make sure your payment is in next time"

Other then this staff member, other people I've had to deal with for other reasons have been great.! This person needs training on how to speak to people and especially who are genuinely having a tough time.
I also never write reviews or complaints but I would not wish this on anyone and hope splend review how this person talks to people, after all 'the phone calls are recorded and monitored for training and quality purposes'!!!! I received this call at 8.34am from (02) 7201 8231 FYI.

"This is the worst company EVER"

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid them like the plague. They overcharge, threaten you, are a mob of bullies and rip people off for fun. Absolutely Not worth hiring with them for uber driving services, trust me.
