"Ich habe mir einen Luftreiniger…"

Ich habe mir einen Luftreiniger bestellt für 139 Euro. Dieses Gerät gibt es für ganze 35 Euro.
Ich geh damit an die Verbraucherzentrale, schicke es zurück und hoffe, dass ich mein Geld zurückerstattet bekomme.

De robotstofzuiger wordt verkocht voor EUR 299, als merkloos. Bij Bol.com blijkt dit de Horniture G20 te zijn, en verkocht te worden voor EUR 209. Afzetters.

"cumbersome & untrustworthy"

Buying the V70 cordless vac was easy, but an expensive lesson. Very Poor performance for the money. Tried to discuss return via email (the only way I found to communicate with them), and have gotten a HUGE runaround; endless, sometimes repetitive back and forth between myself and a number of unnamed co.personnel via days of emailing. They made a counteroffer of 20% cashback! HaHa. When I pushed for return and refund, they said "Ok, send it back and we'll refund the money.", & the email provided a very strange return address, and a non-existent email. Their return policy has a clause about possible damage (like during return shipping) whereby the customer loses EVeRYTHING. I finally gave in to the "20% cashback & 3 additional yrs warrantee" (yeah, right), and have not heard JACK back from them. do not trust this company!

Do not use Spapbuy, there is no customer service, our Honiture X7 Cordless Vacuum which we bought through Snapbuy failed after 3 months, and contacting Snapbuy and Honiture is useless, they do not reply, they need to be reported to Trading Standards, and stopped from selling faulty or poorly made goods in the UK, we are about to embark on reporting them to The Trading Standards U.K.

Ich habe ein Infrarot Thermometer bestellt was super von den ganzen Bewertungen war!
Nachdem wir es ausprobiert haben und jedesmal ein anderer Wert ermittelt wurde habe ich es wieder zurückgeschickt weil es nichts taugt.
Ich vermute die Bewertungen sind nicht echt.
Geld wurde auch zurück Überwiesen allerdings wurden die Versandkosten einbehalten also Vorsicht Rückversand nicht kostenlos!Infrarotthermometer völliger Schrott.

Ich habe mir sehr genau die AGBs bei Snapbuy gelesen und werde dort keine Sachen kaufen.
Viele Infos die bei guten Anbietern klar und deutlich definiert werden, sind hier wie zb. die Rücksendungs-Adresse geheim gehalten, klar nicht ohne Grund wenn Ihr versteht was ich damit meine (?).

"Avoid SNAPBUY.NET ..IT'S A SCAM"

After making an online payment of of £259.61 on 21/10/2024 for a vacuum cleaner, I received a vastly inferior product. The phone number provided was based in Munich. Nobody answered. This company is SCAMMING. I bought the vacuum cleaner after consulting positive reviews (of the purchasing experience reviews on Trustpilot UK !!!! Go to the Dutch and German sites BEFORE you buy. Better still buy from a shop. It's now 11/02/2025 I still have not got my money back.

One of the worst shopping experiences! The customer service is nonexistent. You cannot change an order. If you return anything it’s on your dime. The vacuum I ordered is not worth what I spent. It’s places like this that make you loose trust in all online shopping. I would leave a negative start if I could.
