"Excellent service from beginning to end "

Car was collected within a few minutes of arriving and was there waiting for us on collection 😀 Very little mileage used and car was in good condition and not even any bird poo on it. Staff were courteous and friendly. Was worried as I thought I had booked directly with Park Giant and so finding out the phone number led to Terminals Parking was a worry as there was no indication at all that Park Giant were acting as an agent (why not be upfront about it?) but thankfully all went extremely well thank you guys.

Seamless . Called c30 mins away from LHR, . There chap was there to collect with ID etc. I checked car ( took a video in case needed)
Drop off at T2 short stay car park so easy and right at terminal - entrance and exit cost covered by parking fee as well.
On return called as asked at landing and after baggage. Short 5-10 mins wait and car delivered to same dropoff point . No damage ,9 miles on the car. Great friendly service felm S Aroon the chap who collected and delivered.
Noteto TP Competion has a kiosk at the dropoff . If Terminal parking had one I would have given 5 stars.
