"Collection took longer than expected"

Collection took longer than expected, even though a call was made when I landed and again when I had my luggage. Also, my car was handed over to me in “Sport mode” when I had left it in “Eco mode”.

Great service. Drop off and pick up from Heathrow worked like a dream.

Great service, a little hiccup on day of drop off, a fire in one of the tunnels coming into Heathrow meant we couldn’t drop the car off at terminal 2, when I called as instructed we were told to drop the car off at terminal 5, all instructions were on our paperwork already, luckily I called 45 minutes before so we had the extra time to get there and then the train over to terminal 2. All very smooth and the staff were very helpful.
On our return I called when we landed, before I could call again I received a call, we were in baggage collection and walking out anyway, clear instructions were to go.
Car was returned promptly by the driver, Sothi, he sorted out the car park ticket and we were on our way, everything was fine.
All in all a good experience and will definitely use again.

Reasonable pricing including entry & exit fees. Used twice in March car has been collected quickly and returned in reasonable time

"Pretty smooth process"

Pretty smooth process, calls were quickly picked up when dropping off and again for our return journey, and Kugan (who brought our car back to the terminal) was very good and checking we were happy before driving off. Would use again!
