This is the first time we have used a 'meet and greet' service, but we very suprised on how easy this has been.
We were impacted by the 'Heathrow Incident', were delayed by two days, and needed to pay an additional fee to cover the extra days. I tried a couple of times to pay by the link provided, and that failed. Ending up paying by cash. If the link had worked, Terminals Parking would have had 5 stars.

This was the first time I've ever used a 'meet & greet' service and I'd definitely use them next time we fly. The whole experience for us was seamless, with a drop off/pick up in the short stay car park at T2. The short walk to the terminal, via a lift and undercover thoroughfare only took 2-3mins.
