Awful, rude staff, awful communication. The worst service I have ever received moving into a flat having used agencies for flats in London, Bristol and Cardiff this is by far the WORST EXPEREINCE I have ever had with moving house. Made the whole move a nightmare.

My 2nd review as they deserve it! As a landlord with them for 10 years now (previous JLL who they where) I can recommend from both a tenant and landlord perspective as they are experts at clearly mediating between the two in an orderly, professional and compassionate manner. I was concerned a little when they moved from 'big brand' JLL to 'unknown brand' but they have shown consistent quality. I am sure the team are all fabulous but interactions with Catherine (outstanding), Katy and or course Oliver, have been as professional and friendly as anyone could have wanted. In short, fully recommended and if issues do appear (big or small) they have the firepower and intelligence to offer advice for the best outcomes for Landlords, tenants and investors. As an overseas landlord from the UK they have been fabulous - particularly during testing times such as Covid.
