Lauren was the one person throughout my house buying experience that delivered super clear communication, explained the process properly and just generally provided support. As a first time buyer it can be really overwhelming, but Lauren made it all so simple, she was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Lauren and Kingsdene i'm now settled into my new home that I love!

I had a very recent bad experience with the Manchester branch. Very unprofessional!
I viewed two properties, and I did offer on the spot, and both were available; they said no offer. The agent promised to send a message with all the necessary details. I received nothing, and I had to chase them by email and phone calls many, many times, and luckily they responded to the last call on next day to tell me, "It's my bad; I forgot to send the message and that someone this morning already paid the deposit", I ended up not having the opportunity even to submit an app. I made an offer on another property on the phone, which was available, and had to chase it multiple times. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency and unprofessionalism!
