"Fantastic company!"

After finding out the sofa I had wanted for years from dfs had been discontinued I was disappointed to say the least, however as it turns out it was the best thing that could have happened. Upon contacting James and Rose and speaking to Holly, the service couldn’t have been better!

I explained my situation and what sofa I had been after and Holly immediately said she would send me out samples to see if any matched the idea I had in my head, the first set of samples were sent and she had absolutely nailed it! I then arranged to visit their charming workshop and showroom which is family run and so friendly. I placed my order with Holly advising me along the way and nothing was too much trouble! She went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied and no detail was left out, even adding on to my order extra fabric so I could have curtains made to match the sofa and wrapping my own footstool to match also.

I placed my order and within a few weeks I had my sofas! The service is second to none and I am beyond thrilled with the finished product! It currently still wrapped in the protective plastic whilst our living room undergoes renovations and I am simply itching to get it all out and set it up because it is so stunning and I genuinely could not be happier.

I am so thankful DFS discontinued that sofa and I stumbled upon this fabulous company. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere if and when I needed any more furniture in the future (although with their 25 year guarantee I doubt it will be anytime soon!)

We absolutely love our sofa and footstool. There were so many options for fabrics (and samples for us to take) and Holly at James and Rose was so helpful with our endless questions along the way. The showroom is well worth a visit too. Would definitely recommend.

We found the experience of purchasing furniture from James and Rose exceptionally good. We were not badgered into making a purchase as is normal in the big name outlets. The staff were very informative and helpful throughout and alterations to dimensions and styles were made easily with the help of the sales team. We were originally given a 5 week delivery time and this was shortened considerably with us receiving the two sofas within four weeks. The build quality is excellent and we have been promised an excellent after sales service if it is required. Something a smaller company can promise because they deal individually with each client. We have ordered additional furniture following delivery of our two sofas and have no doubt that we won't be disappointed.

The Zara sofa arrived yesterday & we absolutely love it. Exceeded expectations, absolutely beautiful and absolutely super comfortable.
We wanted a corner sofa for our new house, & we hunted across all of the high st & the internet. We wanted something quality, with not too long lead times. We wanted something British made.

We chose the sofa, and gave colour/fabric/material preferences. Gorgeous choice of swatches. Small team, personal service, Same person throughout, accommodating, courteous, and professional.
The sofa was delivered exactly as per their schedule, very promptly yesterday. I assumed there may be a delay, but no - wow! Thank you to the driver who took off his shoes too, much appreciated. Would never look anywhere else. Thank you!!!

We recently received delivery of our Zara sofa and chair from James and Rose and are so pleased with them. The quality and finish of them are amazing and they are above and beyond what we could have hoped for. I went into the show room and sat with Tony and he helped me decide what I wanted and showed me round the factory where I saw the craftsman and how all the sofas were made from start to finish. We received our sofa within a few weeks and received a phone call arranging a delivery date that suited us. The delivery guys were lovely and kept me informed the time they would arrive which they kept too. Great customer service from start to finish and so glad we purchased our sofa and chair from James and Rose.
