I can’t even put into words how fantastic this family business is. I never thought I’d be able to find the sofas I wanted. But thanks to Holly who went above and beyond and was extremely patient with me m sofas are above the expectations I wanted. I described to Holly exactly what I wanted , my style and the first fabric Holly showed me was even better than what I thought I would be able to find. I loved going to see the workshops and showroom it was an amazing experience , they even came out to make sure they would fit into the living room. Everything from start to finish was excellent customer service they are my dream sofas. With a lifetime guarantee and the speed in which they were handmade were fantastic As for the price fantastic price I have already recommended them to everyone I speak to thank you all for your excellent customer service I love them

Family owned and run business and it shows in everything they do from their sales service, the quality of the build to the delivery and aftercare service. Don’t go anywhere else!

The owner opened up on a Saturday just for us to come and view their operation and their furniture. The quality of their products and service was obvious.

Our sofa was custom made for us within about 5 weeks, but unfortunately we had hit an issue with our building work and we weren’t ready for it. They offered to store it for us and despite that taking 4 months they never once chased us for delivery

When we were ready they delivered it within a couple of days and were just super helpful throughout.

Our sofa is fabulous and is admired by every visitor. It not only looks beautiful, but is seriously comfy.

I found James and Rose after looking for someone to make some sofas for us (we couldn’t find the correct sizes or choice of fabric from any shops). After reading some of the excellent reviews, I exchanged emails with Dave from sales to arrange a visit. We went to visit their workshop and met a lovely group of people who would be making our sofas. We had already chosen the design we believed would work best for us and we were shown lots and lots of beautiful fabrics. The sofas were made and delivered in record time and they are stunning. They are the most comfortable sofas I have had the pleasure of sitting on in a long time. They are very competitively priced and I didn’t have to compromise on anything. Excellent customer service throughout and the delivery guys were very proud employees.
