We loved the fact that this was a small run family business. Initially we were unsure about ordering a sofa on line again without physically seeing it first. The staff were absolutely amazing. Showed us around the work place Introducing us to each and everyone of the staff members at each stage of the process. Holly showed us a fantastic wide range of styles and beautiful fabrics that we could choose from. Designed the sofa exactly how we wanted it which was absolutely no trouble whatsoever. Great price, custom made with impeccable service. Highly recommend James and Rose furniture. Made to measure made to taste and so comfortable

Wow, what can I say! We had a bespoke sofa made by James and Rose and it is absolutely beautiful. The customer service we received from them is second to none - from getting the samples to having the product delivered, we can't rate them highly enough. We were dubious about ordering a sofa from a company online but we couldn't find any in stores that suited us. Well, I can tell you, don't hesitate. The quality of the leather is gorgeous, it just looks perfect. It is a family business and it really shows they are committed to giving you the best customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Thank you Tony and all the team, it's so nice for a company to deliver everything exactly as promised.

One of my sofas is 6 years old and still the leather looks brand new and my household is extremely busy too !
