James and Rose offer a bespoke very high quality service at prices equivalent to the sofa supermarkets. The choice is infinite as all measurements, fabrics and fittings are to your own requirements. The personal service in the showroom is unhurried and professional. The sofas are extremely solid and the quality fabrics are very hard wearing. A nice touch is that your sofa is delivered by the men who made it just a few days before. We have 3 sofas and will be using James and Rose again in the near future.

I’m writing this review 14 months after our bespoke Harrison Sofa in Lovely Jade Velvet and Harrison leather armchair was delivered to Scotland by the James & Rose team who constructed our furniture. After discussion with James we chose the firm seat cushions and had the furniture made to our specific seat height and depth measurements. A small glitch with final measurement was rectified immediately with alternative sofa feet. Communication throughout the process was excellent. This company care about their customers. The furniture is in daily use, is extremely comfortable, is much admired and looks as good as when we bought it last year. The cushions need no plumping or maintenance. I would rate James and Rose as Gold Standard manufacturers of quality furniture whose price point is very reasonable. There is an astonishing range of fabrics available to choose from.

Just had our sofa delivered by James and Rose - the delivery team were great and the sofa is superb. The quality is top notch and the customer service throughout has been excellent. If you are looking for a sofa made to your specific dimensions then there are not many places to choose. But rest assurred you only need one place to go and that is James and Rose.

"Utterly incredible sofas"

Utterly incredible sofas. Great service from start to finish and so much choice when it came to fabrics! We went for a teal velvet Nelson design. Two four seater sofas and a giant ottoman. So gorgeous they are a real centrepiece for our room. Cannot rate James & Rose enough from the first end to end a first class service and the quality is just flawless and that is from someone who is very very picky!!!
