The quality of product is second to none. Workmanship is super sturdy and most importantly really comfortable.

The folks on the customer front line are helpful, clear, and do exactly what say they will do.

I’m sure one can spend a great deal more money on furniture, but I’m genuinely not sure if there is any need for a home.

It was truly amazing - we got to walk through the workshops, saw all the handmaking processes and see the genuine hard wood that the frame was made out of. We got to pick the size, the leather, tweaked the design and even got a discount when we bought the footstool.

What a fabulous company. You really can have the perfect sofa for your space and for you. Each sofa is made from scratch - you can choose one of their designs and adjust measurements like arm height, seat depth, overall length etc. Or you can request your own design. So many fabrics to choose from and Customer Service is second to none. We weren’t quite ready for our sofa when it was complete so they kept it (without charge) until we were.
Delivery was excellent- seriously cannot fault this company. Brilliant communication at every stage. Was recommended them by a trusted friend and have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you James and Rose for excellent service and a terrific, extremely comfortable sofa. Love it!

"Amazing "

We’d been looking for a large sofa for a few weeks but couldn’t really find anything we loved. I came across James & Rose through my many searches on Google. I did some research and found they had really good reviews. We visited the workshop and shown different styles of sofa that could be made to order. The choice of fabrics and colours was amazing. We received our sofa two weeks ago and we just love it, it’s perfect and love that it was made just a few miles from our home. Thank you to the James & Rose team. I’m sure we’ll be back to place another order soon.
