"Longterm review - Zara / Whitechapel"

Longterm review. Ordered several sofas in 2020. A Zara corner sofa and x3 3.5 seat Whitechapels. All the sofas are of exceptional quality and are standing the test of time very well. So well that I am ordering another Zara sofa in January.

From beginning to end James & Rose were amazing. They sent samples, accommodated two visits and changed things to meet our needs. They delayed delivery to allow our flooring to be fitted. Our sofa arrived on time to Scotland and the delivery guys were just lovely. The sofa is perfect, solid quality and very comfortable. I have been telling everyone about James & Rose. Thank you we are delighted with our purchase.

Local manufacture gave us many options that frankly all the national chains were unable to offer with their take it or leave it approach.

Finally Jordan was perfect in convincing us that the delivery would be straightforward - and it was.

We got in touch with James and Rose after they were recommended to us by a friend.
They replied straight away and invited us to look around the premises and talked us through the whole process. We were then taken to the showroom where we had the opportunity to view and test some of the different sofas, which helped us choose our sofa.
We were given a 4 week turnaround time, which was impressive given that it was in the run up to Christmas.
James and Rose kept us fully updated and on delivery day they actually arrived slightly earlier.
The delivery guys were very polite and respectful of our property and took away all the packaging.
Now for the important bit - the sofa is amazing! It just oozes quality with both looks and build. There's a lifetime guarantee on the frame and it's a comfort to know that there's full aftercare.
We're already planning to order an ottoman to go with the suite and have no hesitation in recommending this cracking little company.
